色库TV is in the District of Columbia by the of the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE). 色库TV serves learners from around the world and in other states within the US, where the university is either exempted, approved, or licensed.
Currently, the university is not authorized to offer its programs (and therefore does not enroll students) in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Mexico, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Utah, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
