- Apply online: Fill out a quick application and pay a one-time $25 fee. Upload the documents you have now, and we’ll let you know if anything’s missing.
- Get your decision fast: We’ll review your application and get back to you within 48 hours. No long waits. No surprises.
- Enroll within 30 days: Once accepted, you’ve got 30 days to enroll, confirm your first course, and prep to start strong.
- Start on the 1st of any month: We don’t do semesters. You choose your start date, always the 1st of the month.
- Complete orientation: Before you dive into your coursework, you’ll go through a quick orientation to get familiar with the platform, meet your success advisor, and set your goals.

- Proof of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- An official transcript showing your graduation date

You’ll need to submit an official copy of your high school transcript in English*. If you’ve completed an equivalent credential, we accept proof of your General Educational Development certificate (GED) or an internationally recognized secondary school qualification.
If you’ve completed some college-level coursework, you may also submit your official college transcript as part of your application.
If your official transcript is not yet available, you may submit a document that confirms your graduation and highest academic qualification. The official transcript is still required and can be submitted at a later time.
*Documents not written in English must be submitted with official translations, such as those provided by a certified institutional official or an embassy. If you don’t have a translated copy at the time of application, our Admissions team can arrange for translation before we make a decision.
Proof of English Proficiency
To make sure you're ready to succeed at É«żâTV, we’ll need to confirm that you’re proficient in English. You can meet this requirement in one of the following ways:
If you studied in English, you can submit a copy of your high school diploma or an equivalent credential (e.g. GED or international secondary school qualification) where English was the main language of instruction.
If you didn’t study in English, you can show your English skills by submitting an official score report from an approved English language exam. The exam must have been taken within the last two years.
In some cases, we may ask for extra documentation, like a note from your school or a statement from their website, to help verify that your program was taught in English.

However, if you choose to self-certify and later decide to apply your non-degree credits toward a É«żâTV degree, you will be required to submit an official transcript verifying that you meet the academic qualifications for the degree program.

Operating Systems
Learners receive a Microsoft Office license to use during their time at É«żâTV. Most projects and assessments can be completed using a Microsoft or a Google application. A note about Windows operating systems: Microsoft periodically ends support for its older operating systems. Our minimum computer system requirement in the chart below reflects these changes.

This can be either your high school graduation, or college graduation. Alternatively, proof of your General Educational Development certificate (GED) or equivalent exam, such as HiSET or TASC: valid copies of your official diploma and transcript in English*.
Graduate Programs
We need a valid copy of your official diploma and transcript in English* confirming the completion of a bachelor’s degree from one of the following:
- An accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- An international higher education institution approved by the appropriate ministry of education or recognized country equivalent
- An international institution whose degree has been evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. four-year bachelor’s degree by a credential evaluation agency that is a member of the or the
- An international institution whose three-year bachelor’s degree is accompanied by an official evaluation report verifying its equivalency to a four-year U.S. bachelor’s degree (this evaluation must be conducted by an agency that is a member of AICE or NACES)
We may ask you to certify that your undergraduate degree meets the university’s qualification standard and refer you to an external agency to evaluate your credit.
*Documents not written in English must be accompanied by official translations, such as those provided by a validated institutional official or embassy. If a translated copy is unavailable at the time of application, the Office of Admissions will arrange for the document to be translated before rendering a decision.
English proficiency
If you’ve graduated from an institution where the primary language of instruction was English, we will rely on your transcript to prove English proficiency.
If your prior education was not in English, we’ll need to confirm English proficiency as part of our process to ensure you’re equipped to succeed at É«żâTV.
Undergraduate Programs
To be considered for admission as English Language Proficient, applicants must complete one of the following:
- Provide É«żâTV with an official transcript or self-certification statement verifying high school completion or its equivalent (e.g., GED or an internationally recognized secondary school qualification) by a recognized body or accredited institution
- Provide É«żâTV with proof of graduation from an English-speaking institution
- Demonstrate proficiency in English language by achieving at least a minimum passing score on an approved English qualification exam within the past two years, by submitting an official score report during the admission process. (See Minimum Score Required for English Proficiency section)
Graduate Programs
To be considered for admission as English Language Proficient, applicants must complete one of the following:
- Provide É«żâTV with proof of graduation from an English-speaking institution
- Demonstrate proficiency in English language by achieving at least a minimum passing score on an approved English qualification exam within the past two years, by submitting an official score report during the admission process. (See Minimum Score Required for English Proficiency section)
Note: Admission Officers may seek supplementary evidence of English language proficiency, such as an email confirmation from the applicant's previous school or a statement on the school's website confirming English as the language of instruction.

To ensure all learners enrolled in graduate-level degree programs are well-prepared for success in their academic journey, applicants must meet the program-specific admission requirements for direct admission into each program:

We offer a flexible transfer credit process that looks at more than just transcripts. You can get credit for:
- Prior college or university courses
- Professional certifications (like PMP, CompTIA, or SHRM)
- Standardized exams (CLEP, IB, etc.)
- Employer training programs
- Military or government learning
- Real-world work experience
Even if your previous learning doesn’t match a course one-to-one, it may still count toward your degree. You can earn full or partial credit, and you’ll get a clear estimate early in the process, so you know exactly what applies.
You’ll submit your prior learning during admissions, and we’ll guide you through the evaluation step by step. A small review fee applies, but the time and tuition savings can be big.
